I was looking out to lose my postpartum weight during lockdown. Was at my village home at that time and food availability was limited. I went through Ma’am’s profile on social media and I analysed that all clients are giving reviews which had one common point, ‘no separate cooking required’ and regular home cooked meals that too with out minimal to no workout. Honestly speaking , this sounded too good to be true to me. But my wish to lose weight was very strong. I decided to give it a try, and just in three months, I lost 11 kilograms, which is maintained till date as on 2025. I mostly eat the way I use to, during my weight loss journey, but I also indulge and take care of my portions. I am so thankful to my stars that I came across this sustainable meal plan (with so many weight loss hacks around, one can really get confused). Not only weight loss, I could also see positive results in my PCOD and Skin related issues.
