My wife had joined NH24 in the month of November 2019, I could realise the fact that she was gaining immensely from the program. My weight was about 86 kgs and I started to think it was hight time, being 47 yrs old, I need to do something about it, so even I decided to join the program and give it a shot. I joined NH24 on 1st of Feb 2020, at that point, not only my weight was high, but I had diabetes for a long time and blood pressure also. I am very glad to say after 3 months and 27 days I have achieved exactly 20 kgs reduction as the saying goes behind every successful man there’s a woman. So in my case my Wife Joya has been the inspiration, motivation and pillar of strength in this journey. But all this was not possible without the guidance and support from you both.
